Also with Tom Barbour who came on the first day to be sure the work scope was understood and came immediately after to be sure the work was completed properly. he was also available to discuss one issue I had. I had awnings installed just last yr over my kitchen windows. Originally they intended to remove and put back up. I was not comfortable with that. It took two men from Awnings of Tulsa a lot of time to install. I didn't want them removed. Certapro got around that and was able to complete the work without removing the awnings. I'm happy with the results. My sister drove in yesterday and when she got out of the car she said " Your house looks so clean and crisp..." and it does."

He knew what the current "hot" colors were and which ones would look good in the rooms we needed painting. Also, he did not consider the job done until a couple of "fixes" were taken care of. It is always easy to be considered "great" when things all go well - to me the proof a good contractor is how he handles things that are not quite right the first time. The painters who did the work always showed up when they said they would be here and worked very hard while they were here. Over all this was a great experience with a successful completion of the job."

    "I've already recommended them. The prep work was meticulous. There was just a bucket load of caulking that needed it. Even some of the knot holes in the wood were patched and any blemishes like that were patched. It was a very thorough prep job, of course this was after the powerwashing. They were quick in the sense that some times you have an experience with somebody where they will paint a little bit and then they'll work on another job and go and come back so it drags out. This was not like that. Once the work started, it was here and then done."

I wasn't happy with when they were finished painting, it just needed more paint. Then they sent out another team that repainted. I was happy after that. That first team really did a lot of work prepping and everything. They got it done before it turned really cold. I love the way my awnings turned out. If the paint stays on there for years, then I can tell you I am 100% happy. It's still new so I don't know. Call me 5 years down the road and we'll see."

    "This was the second time that I had used them. The first time everything was perfect, everything was done properly. The second one, the crew he had working was horrible. I had him pull off that crew - he had another crew come in and redo some of the work and clean up paint spills. He was very good about trying to make it right. He definitely needs to get rid of that crew unless that was out of ordinary work for them. They left ladders up, spilled paint on the patio, and spilled paint on the garage door. He did an excellent job at correcting those issues and they did a good job."

I know there was some unexpected obstacles but I felt that also another job came up and people were pulled from my job to do the other which slowed my job down.     "They repainted our cabinets in the kitchen a couple of years ago. At the time we didn't get a clear coat on there. They came back last year and touched up the cabinets again at no charge. This time we went ahead and decided to spend the extra money to get a clear coat on there. They did everything, they did a thorough job. They cleaned up afterwards. Early next year we're going to finish painting up our downstairs and they're probably going to come back and do those. We're very satisfied."
